Very clean and well kept. Lots of jokes around the walls so look closely. Nice owners, with somewhat strict rules that work to keep the place in order, which is nice compared with many other hostels that have gross kitchens or bedbugs. I would recommend this place to friends.
The cleanest hostel I have ever been...BUT ALSO THE WORSEST!!! (...I usually never leave one star review) The owners are watching ever step you do!!! They will tell you 10 times a day what you shouldn't do!Their fake friendliness stops, when you leave your bag under your bed.... or you are washing your dishes too long? :D :DAfter checking out of your room you can not stay any minute longer in the common rooms...they will kick you out of the hostel or ask you to pay other night...So unfriendly I never experienced that in Australia before :( :(However, it would be a really nice hostel if the behaviour of the owners would be different.
Quite disappointed how I was played with whole payment process at the hostel. I made a booking for 2 days private room. Few days before arrival our plan changed so I call them to change booking for one day later, but because they didnt have any private rooms for second day, they put us in dorm. I was happy with all help but when we arrived tired after whole day drive we were asked to pay for 2 days private room. Next day I ask for refund and lady refused. Not happy paying for extra room... :(
What a terrific overnighter. Very inexpensive, immaculately cared for. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. On premises bar games coffee, what a great setup.Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and you must try the smoked tuna. You will be taking some home with you I guarantee it.Cannot recommend highly enough. Plus it is right next door to the beer garden.
AWESOME HOSTEL tucked away in a beautiful little sea town. Debi was awesome and we got to meet her sweet little "assistant" Lilly . Debi got us all set up and informed us of all the local options. Debi even drove us into town and had great meal suggestions. The hostel is clean and comfortable with all the features you could hope for. Hope I have the opportunity to stay again someday soon.
